Exp. question please help

Let's just say that a team with 6 members killed a critter and got 100 exp. each.My question is , will a team with 4 members after killing the same critter gets 125 exp. each or will they still get 100 exp.?If so please explain why.TQ :)
 
Experience isn't shared, so you get as many exp with 2 members as with 6 members.
