Expecting spoilers - Fallout Tactics endings

Can you please describe the 4 available endings and the requirements to get each of them?

I read those other threads, but I dont understand how to get the other endings.

I got the general frendly, and he wanders off to the calculator, I clean up the room and kill off the bots then go after him, when I go into the calcutlaors room though it detects me and puts a big wall around the calculator.
what now?? - all the other doors are locked and they cannot be picked...

I reloaded and whent back and force fired at the calculator from the entrance and killed it, which got that ending.
but how do I get the others?

does stealing affect your reputation?
if so does stealing from your own squad affect it also?
(its a fast way to move a lot of stuff from one person to another)

There are four endings:

1. PC or member of his/her squad donates brain; PC has positive Rep.
   
2. PC or member of his/her squad donates brain; has 0 or negative Rep.
   
3. Barnaky donates brain. (Talk to him twice after the countdown has started.
   
4. PC kills Calculator.

Once the Calculator's Walls are up, kill the Brains that you see. (See note below.) This will open one door. Fight your way back to another Brain, then kill it. This will open another door. Repeat the process three time and you will see the Calculator's walls come down and you can talk to it.

You should have either poisoned him; force fired area effect weapons so that the splash damage killed him; or planted explosives near him. This will protect your Rep. The same goes for the Brains in the Calculator's Lair.
