Experience Distribution

This has probably been asked before, but does anyone know if experience is split amongst squad members so that the more members of your squad there are, the less each member gets (and therefore the slower your squad members gain levels).

[If this has been discussed elsewhere on this board, could someone direct me to the post.]

No, your team will gain the same amount of XP regardless of how many members it has.
