Extra 15% plasma resistance from seemingly nowhere

I just checked and with my armor off and two levels of the toughness perk, i have 15% plasma resistance for some reason.

I have never done the new reno boxing thing nor gotten any combat implants.

Really confused by this...does anyone know what might have caused it?

Edit : I seem to have -5% laser resistance as well...this only shows up when i am wearing armor. What's going on?

Well i have the RP. I dont have anything that would give me random resistances though, unless its a bug with a RP script or something.

Ive confiremd its not new reno boxing or combat implats that are doing it, at this point i think its from the stat upgrades in the san francisco brotherhood bunker.

Did you edit armor values while wearing them? Your character keeps their stats, so if you use an editor (f2wie for example) and re-load the game, your resistances will be the same, even if you increased the armor values. That means that when you remove the armor you'll have less or more resistance/threshold than before.

For example - if I save my game with combat armor on and edit combat armor to have 10% more plasma resistance, then upon a reload my character stats will be the same. But if I remove the armor I'll have 10% less plasma resistance than I did before the armor edit. At least that's been my experience.

This can also happen if you use old saved games after a fresh install of the RP, or any mod really.

You are either using old RP saves with the combat rebalance mod, or you have upgraded a lower level armor to a power armor with f12se, while wearing it. That is my guess.
