F:T - Ingame tech problem

Well I know it's pretty weird but here it goes:
in the readme.txt file i have noticed a sentence (translation from my language):
"* Own portraits for characters can be used only for human characters"

Can someone tell me how the f*** could I do that (place my photo in the game) ???

I'm askin' 'cause in the manual there is nothin' 'bout that, but there was nothing about own music played in the game wich is actually possible
I'd be very grateful for any help...
