F1-NPC carry bug

Hi, I bought Fallout a few weeks ago, I quite enjoy it and have had no problems until now. A while after I saved a captured brotherhood initiate, I have been unable to plant items in my party using steal, I can only plant stimpaks, this is quite troubling for me as I can't give them ammo. I have no saves before it happened either .

I would be grateful for any assistance with this conundrum

Don't know, bro. But you can always give the items through barter, it's a pain, but yeah.

Hmm. thats interesting. So there IS an inventory size limit? I was wondering because in the mapper you can give items weight AND size, so that would explain it. Anyone know why wasn't it implemented consistently in-game?
