F2 load/find text error!

First time out of the vault
If anyone has experienced an error mesage that reads "error:cannot find/load text" please let me know what fixes this. I just tried reinstalling Fallout 2 on an XP Pro machine and have no idea what the deal with this is (my copy of F2 is all legal and shouldn't have any problems). Thanks!
 
Have you tried the advice in this thread? Apparently it's for people with mapper troubles but it seems like it might apply to the game as well. Let me know if it fixes your problem.
 
In your fallout2.cfg, what is instead of "?":
