[F2]Need patching help

I decided to dust off my fallout cd and give it another go.
But...

I have problems Identifying which patch I need to install.
The version I have is th White Label Fallout Collection.
The main menu lists the version as 1.00, so I have the US version?

I also want to install the Restoration Project.

If you install the RP you don't need the official patch.
