[F2] Screen won't scroll.

Hi there.
I'm stuck in Redding mine. I fought my way through the first level and then entered one of two others. When I tried to get back to the city (through the elevator) I noticed the screen won't scroll as if it was an end of the map (although it is not). My character is just next to the edge of the screen, but I can't procceed through the corridor, because the screen won't scroll. I even got this mouse pointer representing crossed arrow. Keyboard arrows don't work either.

Shucks. Any ideas?

I've had to do that on occasion as well. I suppose there could be a freak bug where the screen gets stuck on the wrong side of the map's scroll blockers, but I never heard of it, and I think that would get a bit weirder than just stop scrolling altogether. Saving and loading does nothing?
 
Well since it only happens me for a moment i can scroll again after a short time so i didnt try saving and loading to see if it the problem was solved but ill try
