I think Co-op mode in F3 would be great Idea. You're doing quests with your pal etc.
For example: You arrive at "New Arroyo"
and meet some Kid named "Sulik Jr."... You talk to him and he says: "-Ohh, two weeks ago man named "Tomy" came by, he said he was looking for you, I think he went to the "Alien Palace".
So you go to that Alien Palace to search for your friends. You meet other people and thay might say that your friend allready did a good job for him and he asks you to deliver him a present from him. You could buy some sort of radio and could talk with your friend on the same frequency or there could some "Notes Wall" in all the cities so he could write you something like: "Meet me in 'New Arroyo'! Time: 2521 Sep 22 12:00"
When you finaly meet each other, it would be cool that they could teach each other (unarmed, throwing, speech, science...).
and if one charachter is male and other is female, they could rent a room and...)) ( Unarmed
