Well, aside from the afore-mentioned "butt-ugly"ness, the brighter than white font on the date/time area, along with the font used for "Wait" and "Raze Bethesda" seem a little off.

Also, as an aside, would Washington D count as the "Heartlands"?

Good effort but could be better. try it again and see what you can do.
