Fallout 1+2+Tactics boxes/goodies/manuals/etc

First time out of the vault
Ok, so my hometown recently flooded and about 80% of everything I own was destroyed. Technically, I should probably care more about my house being ruined, my furniture, tv, appliances and whatever... but I don't. I care more about the fact that I lost many valuable-to-me collector's items, like my Fallout 1&2 boxes that turned into graham crackers. I actually had them all on the curb ready to go to the dump for 2 days before I finally decided to pull my Fallout 1 box (mostly because I'm compulsive when it comes to that sort of thing).

Anyway, all of my stuff is trashed (the Fallout 1 box really can't be saved, but I'm holding on to it anyway), and so I'm trying to rebuild my collection. Unfortunately, these are one of the harder things to find these days. If there is anyone out there with near-mint conditions of these games that include all of the extras (boxes, manuals, etc) and are interested in selling them, please let me know. Depending on the price will basically determine when I can afford to purchase them, but these are very high on my "replace as soon as possible" list.

Silly, I know... but I'm a hopeless nerd.

Additionally, I'm also looking to replace games like Planescape Torment, Baldur's Gate (BG1, TotSC, BG2CE, ToB) and Icewind Dale 1&2. I've recently ordered Arcanum from Amazon that looked like a legit replacement, but I haven't received it yet, so I'm not sure if it's what I want. Although, I wouldn't have ordered it unless I was sure it was, I just can't seem to remember if it had everything down to a t.

Ouch -.-

Hope you can rape the insurance company for the replacement costs of your collectibles

My house, technically, wasn't on the flood plain when I purchased it, and while flood insurance was something that was required in the past, it wasn't when I got the house (some sort of state law I guess). At any rate, I don't have flood insurance, and all I can really rely on was what I got from FEMA, and that's almost exclusively going to house repairs. Even if I could spend some of that money to replace my stuff, there probably won't be any left.

But thanks for the thoughts anyway. ;)

Other big losses were all of my game systems (I had a *lot* of them), and even worse; my CE's for Warcraft 3, World of Warcraft (all of them), Age of Conan, Witcher 2, Starcraft 2, God of War 3, Warhammer Online, Rift... ugh. It sucks just thinking about it. I emailed Blizzard and CD Projekt to see if they would replace them (Warcraft/Starcraft and Witcher 2, respectively), but I haven't heard back, and I'm not really holding my breath.

Even still, those aren't nearly as important as my prized Fallout 1 box!

I sincerely hope the World of Warcraft collecters edition was at least used and not unopened. That thing sells for absurd amounts unopened. That would have been sickening.

They were opened and used. I neglected to look at Ebay to see what they were worth, because I knew they were worth something and I wasn't really all that interested to see how much money I had lost when these got wet. But, I looked, and yeah, it sucks.
