[Fallout 1] BoS attacks w/o reason {claims on stealling}

First time out of the vault
Hello. I am new on this forum.
And this is the first time I play Fallout 1.
I got some rally annoying situation.
When I enter the buildings of Brotherhood of Steel ( BoS ) (note: not for the first time), I might face two problems.
Most of all, I will be ok on the 1st floor, but when I go to the 4th or 2nd, 3rd, PipBoy info panel says that BoS caught me stealing some sh*t and guards start attacking me. what the hell?
Or just as soon as guards see me, they either shoot or just doing nothing but if i quicksave and quick load, 1st situation happens again.
PipBoy says BOS caught me and guards attacking my character.
Help please.

1) Start playing the whole game again.
2) Post to correct forums (this is Fallout General modding).
 
And it goes back here because he's using the 1.3 Fallout unofficial patch. Modified games => General Modding.

Certainly not General Fallout Discussion.
 
What did you do in the Brotherhood?
What did you take?
What exactly happens?

We cannot help otherwise, I'm afraid.
 
Ok, sorry for posting the topic in wrong place. My bad.
So, what I did in bos was:
1. quest for Power Armor
2. I took those chip from a supplier ( that dude stays next to training room)
3. I entered room of those strict captain in order to steal ( BUT i DID NOT steal the chip) when he was 'asleep' and he asked like WTF am doing in his room
4. stats increasing
5. glow quests
6.actually almost all quest. except military base and mater are still alive.

I haven't played FO1 in awhile, but II believe this is your issue, He caught you in his room, you MUST NOT GET CAUGHT. There is another easier way to get the part for the Power Armor. Check Per's guide if you wish.

That's it. Either DO NOT enter his room during a sleep time or when he stands in the bathroom. Or either don not be caught as it where mentioned above.
