Fallout 1 Encounter tables

So, I looked over the files and hoped to find something similar like the encounter tables in Fallout 2, but obviously I faild. Now I have a question.

Does someone know if it is possible to get the hands on the encounter tables from Fallout 1? I mean, where you meet Raider, Supermutants, etc. on the worldmap.

It would be pretty cool if there is some nifty trick that I don't know.
