First time out of the vault
Hey guys,
I've installed the Fallout Trilogy on my new lappy. When I did, I did expand the install trees to include all patches and updates. I was having a problem with the graphical black flicker (the one where you had to move the mouse to re-draw the picture) but solved that problem with screen refresh tool from www.labo-asso.com.
Then I wanted to play in the highest resolution my computer supports. I used the f1_res_patcher.exe to patch the f1_res.dll to my Falloutw.exe. When I launched, I had audio, but no video, just a black screen. I had to hit escape several times to go back to my desktop. After unpatching and repatching, I still have this problem. I can still play in low resolution, but I want to play hi-res.
Help would be appreciated
