fallout 1 hi-res problem

Try using an unmodded and unpatched fallout and then just before loading your game up, open up screen resolution in windows then load your game up.

That works for me and I encounter no problems.

So far i haven't used any patches or mods. I've encounted a few problems but none that have totally destroyed my play through.
