First time out of the vault
Im having trouble with fallout 1. I have been going around junktown and shady sands killing everyone, yet im STILL known as a 'Champion'! What kind of champion goes around killing innocent and unarmed civilians? ME 
! I want to be a berserker but the damn thing wont let me. Before my rampage however it was embarrassing, i was gaining good karma for not really doing anything! I dont think i want to go on a rampage in boneyard or the hub yet, because the npcs in those areas i might need to negotiate with later (Ive heard you can improve power armour there).
If anyone could offer me any advice on this i would be extremely grateful.
Also, can anyone answer me these questions since that would help a lot to me as well:
Do the npcs in places such as shady sands and junktown respawn?
Is there an EVIL way to do quests such as the missing brotherhood member retrieval quest?
Im thinking that i might have to get some brotherhood power armour, harden it and get some kick-ass weaponry and then go on my rampage, since i think it may be quite a challenge to take out the entire hub police force without losing all of my health. What do you guys think i should do?
