Fallout 1 maps and art

First time out of the vault
this may have been posted and ansered before, but i dont feel like looking right now. I was woundering how to extract fallout 1 maps and art and re-insert it for use in the Official Fallout Mapper.


P.S.: I really dont know what im talking about, I saw it mentioned in the Fallout_Editor.PDF file that comes with the Mapper. Once again, i dont know what the hell im talking about so dont ask me. and sorry if im being rude, im grumpy right now.

Don't know anything about modding, so sorry for not answering, but just reading your post did bring an idea to my mind: is it possible, in any way, create a new big map for Fallout 2 by adding Fallout 1 map into the FO2 egine? I mean, to travel from The Glow to Arroyo IN the game? If possible, it would open field for the coolest mods ever!
