Fallout 1 on PSP help with DosBox

First time out of the vault
Hello everyone Ive seen that a few people have got fallout 1 working on psp using win95 or dosbox. Its generally quite slow because people cant get 32mb of ram using dosbox or they have windows taking up too much cpu in the background.

I have found a better way to run the program in dosbox by using Gaby_64's DBS.bat dosbox autoloader and dosbox editor. I can run fallout 1 at highest priority with 32mb ram with cpu at full usage 333mhz. This should be able to run the game quite well because in the past anything past 15mb ram would make dosbox crash.... The game loads up and goes into the waiting screen and then just as the menu appears it crashes.

Now I am aware that this problem has happend to people in the past even with 10-15mb of ram and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas with configuraion to get it to work past the waiting screen and keep working into the game?????

Please Help I have been changing details for ages now and dont have enough no how to understand what is really happening.

Cheers

A) This is the wrong forum to ask how to run fallout in a non-native manor.
B) You would probably get more help form say, a psp homebrew forum with the conundrum then here. I myself never felt the urge to run fallout on my psp, so I cant really provide any imput on whats up.

It is the right forum (unless mods are involved). Changing the system is not the same as changing the game.

True but how the game fucntions on hardware arcitecture wildly different from that which it was meant to run on could lead to unforseen problems. Such as the above.
