First time out of the vault
Where can I buy some? I've checked like every shop and I need some to get through the Cathedral (It seems like the key Magus has has disappeared)
 
You can find 1 in the hub somewhere i think, in one of the containers :)
I know it dosent help much,one you can certainly find in the third level of Vault 15, so yeah,just explore a bit ;)
 
If you just happen to run by any thing called "Dynamite" take that its much better.
