I found a website with several FO1 fan-made patches, which in addition to fixing bugs, corrected some NPC dialogue and allowed NPC leveling. Unfortunately, the Russian site to which it linked is now 404. I can't find any such patches through NMA. Does anyone know where they are? Failing that, can you suggest any good fan-made FO1 patches before I start playing again?

The RP works pretty good. Played the game with it already twice. It's not yet 100% finished though.
Anybody know what mod has other filtering methods besides bi-linear filtering? Like for example 2xsal and other forms of pixel art scaling? I know they exist, I read about people who bought certain retail configurations which included such mods integrated. I'm running the high-res mod but because my monitor is 1920x1200 it looks kinda small for my tastes.
