Fallout 1. Says windowed mode but stuck at top left of scree

Good Afternoon everybody, I just got FO1 & 2 on Steam. I saw i had to go inot the file & change the settings on the ddraw.ini file to get rid of rainbow...that did trick. MY problem is the game is in windowed in the TOP left of my right monitor. Bleeding partially over into the left screen. Even though its windowed it wont let me grab the screen of the game & move it to the middle of one of the two monitors. Is there a simple task i am overlooking? Anybody taking the time to reading this and responding Thank You very much for your time.

I would like to know the same thing. I can do it in Fallout 2 by editing ddraw.ini, but the option doesn't appear in Fallout 1.
