Fallout 1...The Vault Dweller has forgotten how to aim?

Hey everyone.

I've been replaying Fallout 1 recently and I got my hands on the Turbo Plasma Rifle, I was aiming fine with it and had a good chance to hit someone a large distance away.

Suddenly I boot up the game this morning and my aim is significantly worse, where before I would be getting a 60% chance to hit, I'm now getting -120%!

This happened for no observable reason and is affecting the game as I can hardly hit anything.

Check to see if you have a crippled eye, although a difference of 180% sounds a bit much.

I checked, I was both Irradiated and had a Crippled Eye.
