Fallout 1 time limits

First time out of the vault
Does anyone know the time limits for the mutant invasions of the towns? Most importantly, the Hub and the Followers. Because I believe that the ending bugs are due to these time limits since you can do the Caravan Deathclaw quest and still receive no ending for the Hub and the mod that restores the children spy quest still results in the illogical untimely massacre of the Followers.
 
Followers 90 days, Necropolis 110 days, Hub 140 days, Shady Sands 230 days. These values can be found in the vault13.gam file, but I don't know if you can affect the game by changing them.
