Fallout 1 vault 15 help

First time out of the vault
i just started playing fallout on gametap and when i get to the bottom floor of vault 15 i dont get the message saying your not gonna find it here serch else where..i know its just the start of the game should i just start a new game i reloaded several times from last save and still nothing..any suggestions :crazy: :crazy:
 
The Water Chip is not in Vault 15. Go to Shady Sands; talk to some of the guys there and get directions yo Junktown. Keep going south until the Hub and have a look for some guys around there who can tell you more.
 
i was searched vault 15 everywhere.but i find nothing.if you wanna go and search upper foors take some robes. but nothing have there.
