try bargain bins at local stores, they sometimes have the FO1+FO2+FOT combo DVD for like 10 euros.

My FO2 came with a magazine, 5~10€ or something.
I bought my FO1 some years after for like 10~15€.

I think nowadays some stores may have it in the best seller or classic sections. Portugal still has a lot of stores with it: http://www.webboom.pt/ficha.asp?ID=75943
