fallout 2 1.0?

now i have fallout 2 1.0 verison.
and i was looked fallout 2 downloads.and i didn't find anything about upgrading 2.2 verison.
is high resulation patch upgrading this game?

im newly finished fallout 1 and now i want try fallout 2

The last official patch is 1.02. If you are using killap's unofficial patch, you don't need to worry as the official patch is effectively included in it.
