Fallout 2 bot and mutants

Has anybody been able to extract as units the bots and mutants from Fallout 2? If so is it possible for me to get them from you? Gif, jpeg, or bmp formats are ok.

What units specifacly? and do you want all the frames (there are a lot of them). What gun? What direction do you want them facing?
You can just use the DAT unpacker thingy program and then use a FRM editor/converter to extract the BMPs or GIFs

Wild_Qwerty, i am making a mod for civ3 based on Fallout, and two of the civs are The Unity and The Empire of the Circuit. Right now i can extract the Mutants and bots from FO:T, but i would prefer the units from FO2.
Civ3 uses all 8 cardinal directions, and i would need a units with most of the weapons, just was wondering if anybody had done it yet. As to save time for my gfx guy.

Thanks for responding.

The problem you would have here is that Fallout only uses 6 directions so you will need to make another two up for facing up and down.

*EDIT*
I have a good utility that is perfect for editing images by the batch load. Also I have got another one so you can load the correct palette by batches as well.

The aboev are both the same software but one is rebranded. It is the perfect software for transfering sprites from one game to another. It will also allow you to resize them.

The nice Rusian at Wavesoft has made up the utility to change palettes at my request. As such I cant help but recomend this software, the palette swapper will be downloadable from their page soon.

As I said this is a must have for moders

*EDIT AGAIN*
The Version at Wavelsoftware is fully functional for 30 days.

Wild_Qwerty, Thank you very much!!!! Those programs will be just the thing!! Especially the resize capability, as one of the problems we have is that the gfx programs keep interlacing the gif frames when resizing, and civ3 does not recognize interlaced gfx.

Thank you very much!!! If you are intrested come on over to CDG to check out our work so far. If you feel like commenting you are more than welcome. As ALL comments by Fallout fans are most welcome.

Palette Swapper

Below is the link to the Colour Palette swapper, usally when converting graphics from one game to another you have to load the correct palatte over the imported one or they colours go funny.

I think they will add this into the other application at a later stage, but like I say if you have any suggestions you need just let them know they seem very willing to add more features people need.
