Fallout 2 calculations

Hi guyz I'm mvBarracuda and atm I'm trying to help the IanOut mod. I've got the task to find the fallout2 calculations but didn't find them anywhere

Is there any source where to find the calculations for damage, hitpoints etc? Maybe it's inside of the fallout bibles, but I only got 56k and I have to 45 min to download one bible, and there is no guarantee that I can find them there.

Would be kind if you find fallout 2 calculations thx

That's YOUR task, not ours. Lazy ass.

But:

1. In-game descriptions give a clue;
2. They can be found in .msg files;
3. Fallout PnP is a good alternative;
4. See TeamX documentation for clues.
