Fallout 2 caravans...

I may have additional questions regarding how caravans run in Fallout 2, hence me starting a whole topic on this rather than me talking in the "unofficial patch" thread.

My initial question is regarding the pay you get from the clerk at the final destination if your caravan driver (ie Stanwell, etc) gets killed. I know that there is a discrepancy of the amount that should get paid. The msg. files read $500 for a so-so job, $1000 for even better, and $150 for perfect. In the script file itself, however, the order of pay goes from $50, $100, $150. I am curious if anyone knows what the true amount was supposed to be. Caravan runs themselves are usually like $1500-$2500, so getting $150 for a perfect run (despite the leader dying) is a bit odd, don't you think? Just curious on everyone's thought on this....

I would base it apon what is in the dialog files and jsut update the script because the dialog would be the most visable and thus the easiest part to proof read during testing, so it is more likely that it is supposed to be the ammounts in the msg file.

If that is the case, then there is a bug in the message file as well. It goes from 500, 1000, to 150. (probably should be 15000?)
