Fallout 2 Character Editor?

Howdy folks. Going to play through Fallout 2 again for the umpteenth time. I found a character editor on here years ago, but I lost the file. Anyone know if there's a link on here somewhere?

Did you try the "Files" link at the top of the page? We've had some troubles with file hosting, but hopefully the links should work now.

Falche has always been my favorite for both games. Only thing it lacks is inventory editing

Much better even. Plus I don't think Falche works with the Restoration Project and other mods.

Only thing that Falche is better than F2se is you can use it on Chinese ver.
