Fallout 2 don't run and pc freeze

First time out of the vault
i have fallout 2 gog version.i am setup fallout 2,
and later setup:
1-killap unoffical patch 1.02.27.3
2-killap restoration project 2.1.2b
3-Hi-Res Patch v4.0.2
4-sfall 2.20
i set resolution on f2_res_Config.exe :1280x1024,fullscreen,directx9,32 bit colours and 60 refresh rate.game is not run and pc freeze.

my system:
windows xp sp3
amd athlon 64 x2 dual core 3800+
2gb ram
nvidia 9500gt 1 gb 128bit
SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio

how i fixed?

I think you can't install all of that at once. Either install the restoration project OR the unofficial patch. The patch is included in the RP, so is the Hi-Res patch and sfall. Start with a fresh install and only install the RP this time.
