I'm in a pickle. I've tried both the save game editors out there but neither seem to be working for me.
I've noticed in one it says if at some point you saved in combat it won't work- I think I may well have done this.

I need to edit my character as I'm in a annoying situation, in the army base I need science 10 points higher to get the brain but a natural level up is some way off and I misspent my last one.
