i found still supported by modders Fallout 2 version: Fallout 2 (RP) Fixed Edition (F2 + RP 2.3.3 + Minifix) - F2: Restoration Project - N.C. (nuclear-city.com)
but unfortunately it is available in russion language.

Is anyone has knowlage and expirance to translate it to english
