Fallout 2 Graphic Enhancements

First time out of the vault
I've noticed that there are some awesome new textures for fallout 2 restoration project. Is there a way to install them without installing the actual mod ? I prefer to play this game unmodified, but some small graphic enhancements are a nice change. I'm getting ready for my annual playthrough. Thanks in advance.
 
For the love of me i cannot find them on the internet, but they are included in Killap's Restoration Project (there's an option to install them). Basically they improve layout of perhaps every location (starting at temple of trials - new torchlights, walls, pots etc). Does not seem like much but it makes a difference.
 
I installed the restoration pack two weeks ago and there were no new textures in the pack are you sure you're not confused?
