Fallout 2 installation problem

Im new to this forum and couldnt find realted toic so Im posting new one.
I have installed fallout 2 , patched it and want to start the game, but the game wont start because there is a message;
couldnt find/load fonts

what can I do to make it work?
help needed

I read it and couldnt locate mapper2.cfg, so i opened fallout2.cfg and found: system section and in in that what is in sticky+ art cache sth so I deleted this art cache thing and have now:

there is no maaper2.cfg file. So i modded fallout2.cfg file but its still not working.
