Fallout 2 Interface and the resolution patch

Is there any way to make the user interface larger? I'm using the resolution patch to make the screen 1024 x 768 and I find the interface text almost too small to read.

If your using sfall with mode 4 or 5 make sure GraphicsWidth and GraphicsHeight in ddraw.ini are set to 1024x768 or greater or it will scale down.
I'm playing around with the interface at the moment, nothing to report yet though.
