I was wondering if it is possible to find Torr after he runs away looking for the 'Bugmen' if you decided to help the twins rustle the Brahmin? I checked a few GameFaq playguides and they didn't mention this mission with Torr.
I can't remember if I have done it before, I've played games in which I rustled the Brahmin like I have now and I seem to remember that Torr was in the Toxic Caves where you find Smilely the Trapper. Well I went there (though I had to get the location by asking about Smilely, I was told about Torr going to find the Bugmen in a cave in a different line of dialogue but nothing appeared on my world map) and he is not at the entrance.
I'm playing on the patched version (ver: 1.2 North American)
