Fallout 2 must have mods?

I'm planning to start a new FO2 game and was wondering what mods I should look into for a vanilla+ style game.

I am already planning to get the restoration project and the unofficial patch.

I was going to try a mod that I remember seeing last time I was looking at mods that made Miria an actual character but I don't see it here anymore.

Are there any other mods that I should look into?

You can't install the unofficial patch on top of the Restoration Mod and vice versa, it'll wreck your game. The Restoration Mod already has all the fixes introduced in the patch so choose only one.
