Fallout 2 needs a CD but Fallout 1 doesn't? Help!

First time out of the vault
Today I just got my Fallout 1/2/Tactics set. I installed Fallout for my XP computer with no problems and played for hours it's an awesome game! Now taking a rest from it I decided I might as well install Fallout 2, now I did everything I was supposed to do but when I try to start up the game it just says "Running Fallout 2 requires CD" now my CD is in so I can't see what the problem is. Can anybody help?
 
I can't find out how to solve this problem, the stickies don't have anything on it from what I can see. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

Go.read.the.stickies. Again. All of them.
