To install no, at least that i`m aware off. If you have a CD/DVD drive and a CD_RW/R drive then you may run into some troubles, but this is common to many games.
Just do the humoungous instalation, and you should be fine.
Now to play it you may have to use the compatability mode, right click the fallout2.exe and choose win95 or 98 compatibility and you should be fine. Oh but do patch the game right after you install it, and before you make the compatibility thing.
