Fallout 2 patch and save game converter

I have been playing for a while now and I am having aproblem with doing the Llyod quest. I get to the grave yard, find the grave, dig it up, go inside and the game freezes. I downloaded the patch, but when I try to open it , it oges to a dos screen. I need to find the save game converter. Can someone please help? email cimmerian69@earthlink.net

When you enter the site click on "FO stuff" (in the left menu)
then scroll down to "Fallout 2 tools" and at the end of the "Fallout 2 tools" list you will see:

And you click on the link to download it, i haven't tried it tho so i'm not sure if it works.
