Fallout-2-Patch-Problem

Hi guys, I'm new here so,I want to make it fast,some days ago I wanted to play F2 again, so I installed it and wanted to patch it, but I've got an 64-Bit system, so the patch doesn't want to start.
Can someone help me?

Which patch? Most are drag and drop patches.
