The Fallout 2 Restoration documentation is really vague on a lot of things.

1) NPCAutoleving
Is the mechanics change automatically level up your npc companions based on your static level?
For example if you are high level (say level 18) and you recruit a npc for the first time and then you leveled up, is the NPC level automatically scaled to the appropriate stats rank? Or do they only level up by one stage?

2) Can you be a made man for the Wright family but then go back to the Sierra Army Depot to unleash the virus and keep your status? And does it still triggers the peaceful takeover ending?

3) Is it possible to still be a made man for all the families if you follow the NMA guide?
 
1. No, it only removes the random element in NPC leveling. It makes NPCs always level up when you gain every X levels according to their settings in party.txt. For example, Sulik will level up when he's with you and you gain every 3 levels.
Per's guide said:
(In vanilla) NPC levelling works like this: every time you level up, then for each NPC currently in your party who hasn't levelled up lately there is a chance that that NPC will gain a level. If they don't, the probability will be higher next time, so it's no big deal.
2. Both yes.
3. AFAIK, no.
 
I managed to become made man for all families, but only the family you were made for last were non-hostile afterwards.
