Fallout 2 + RP 2.3.2 Memory could not be read issue again.

I've already posted this in the main RP thread but it seems that my post could be overlooked and I really want this to work. I'll admit that I messed up with the savegames (I saved in one slot repeatedly for quite some time) and I really don't want to start over. So please guys, help me out here.

I'm experiencing an annoying error when I try to exit Sierra Army Depot, walking out worked perfectly before I've done what I wanted to do in the base. After I looted everything I wanted to loot and killed everything I wanted (I was able to walk out the base perfectly fine before I killed the NPCs on the second floor and looted the cases there) I am getting those two error messages now after the game crashes:

I've tried reinstalling the game & Restoration Project. I'm using the newest version.
If there isn't any way to fix this maybe there's an editor that I'm not familiar with that could change my character's location? (along with followers)

Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: Now I've noticed that I'm getting another error when I try going to the 4th floor of the base. Didn't occur to me earlier too.

I'm also interested in a way to change my location in a savegame, as I have the same story except with EPA and a different error (mine is "memory couldn't be written" when trying to use the elevator to go back to floor 3 after having done an undeterminable number of things below.
