I'm currently playing through Fallout 2 again via the restoration patch. Before the patch I was able to use the presidential key to access the oil rig's systems and start the emergency sequence and hack the turrets.
For some reason though, I'm unable to do this in the Restoration patch, even with the presidential key, I'm not given the option to log in with his ID.
As a result, I can't get the enclave soldiers or the turrets to help me fight Frank. So I'm stuck.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
