I have a 1.4 ghz laptop, WinXP. I've never tried playing F2 on this one until now, and here's the kicker:
My character is awfully sluggish, whenever he's running, he runs about 3/4 of normal speed...AND whenever I'm on the world map, everything's going too FAST. I'm talking about travelling from Arroyo to New Reno (on foot) in less than 5 seconds.
I have the patched UK version, if that info might help.
