So I have Fallout 2 v. 1.0 from that whitelist game disc (With Fallout, Fallout 2, and Tactics all on one DVD) and I have used the Fallout 2 Character Editor on my save.
Now if I use anything other than a Melee weapon/Unarmed attack, people won't take any damage. It says that Such-and-such was hit for so-many HP, but every time I examine them, it says they are unhurt.
I unloaded an entire cylinder of Revolver ammo into Pretty Boy Lloyd's head, and he didn't die until I put away my gun and walked over and punched him.
Any help would be appreciated.
