Fallout 2 Vault City Entry

Hi, I've been playing Fallout 2 again for some time now but i have a rather annoying problem. I'm in Vault city Courtyard and i can't get into the inner city. I've bought those false papers from that dude inside the building next to the gate. But i've been caught when i wanted to enter the inner city and now they won't let me in. They also won't speak to me anymore so i don't know what to do now.
Can anyone help me with this?

You got banished for waving fake papers around. I think they'll let you in again after you beat the game. Or you could reload an earlier savegame.

or you can go to vault city at map and press town world and press number 3 on keyboard

Also, there are plenty of alternative ways of finding the vaults, in case you'rw wondering. You don't really need Vault City's help for it.

Having a high INT opens up bad dialogue options that let them catch you. Ala:
"I have an appointment with the First Citizen, he's expecting me."

If you want to skip the false papers altogether, just talk to the representative while wearing no armor. Your vault suit will surprise him enough into giving you a day pass.
