Fallout 3: After the GECK?

Applying the GECK should have changed really lots of things in the Fallout universe, for sure.. As the story goes on, GECK should have helped establish greater cities, lots of green, lots of plantation, etc...

But where is the wasteland atmosphere? What will be left over from it? I suppose the GECK was only used in the Chosen One's home town, and everything else on the countinent remain as ruins, however, note that the Chosen One finds about two GECKs (some friends tell that they have found three).. What about those?

I guess my point is, what are you gonna do with realism? It's hip to make "realistic" games, and everybody knows what corporations like Interplay are going to do to get more money - they will follow the fashion. In other words, kiss Fallout as it was goodbye.

What do you mean by realism? I find it irritating when I can't kill a leather jacketed yakuza with my minigun, but instead, he kills me with his kitchen knife, and i was wearing power armor! If you haven even slightest idea what kind of devastator true minigun is, you will know what it does to man whose wearing a leather jacket. Balance the items so that minigun ect. would be a rare catch.

How about the Bridgekeeper's robes? Maybe they're wearing those under the leather jackets. :)

I totally agree, lol.... Fallout 2 was the "super future mega armor kill all mega tech advanced with mega super lasers and stuff yeah" sequel to Fallout 1, which was great.

Well it was very realistic compared to Fallout... But it had its own problems,like that HORRIBLE plot.

Good I want Wasteland, too bad companies are out ot make a profit and the majority of gamers are childish newshcool wussy gamers that can't handle a little bit of excitement...

Or you could try and get a little closer before firing your mini gun, hah:P
